Personal statistics were secondary to this consistent leader, who often carried the team on his back when circumstances imposed. However, his selfless leadership led to numerous records which still remain untouched. Thirty five goals in a season, 72 goals in a career, and 192 points in a career have become benchmarks that every male soccer player dreams of eclipsing. As HCA's third basketball player to surpass 1000 points, Jeff captained the teams to wining seasons every time chosen to lead. His lifetime batting average of .420 rounds out his domination of the athletic arena while leading the Defenders in their fledging years.
