Music - Lower School

Music is an art form appreciated through listening, participating, composing, performing, and worshiping. It brings enjoyment, increases social and cultural understanding, significantly impacts worship in the church, and enhances one’s relationship with God. At HCA, our lower school music program desires to instill in each student an appreciation for the arts as it explores and cultivates students’ God-given talents. We develop the musical skills of our students in preschool through fifth grade and provide opportunities to use those skills in chapels, concerts and special events, with the hope that this talent will be used throughout their lives in service to God.

Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in its various forms.

1 Peter 4:10
