Christine Nevill

Music Teacher

Biography

Mezzo-Soprano, Mrs. Rauschenbach-Nevill, is a recent graduate of Montclair State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education, and an emphasis in vocal performance.

Mrs. Nevill’s operatic experience includes roles in Arthur Sullivan’s Patience, La Cerenentola by Rossini, and Humperdinck’s Hansel and Gretel. She also enjoys performing musical theatre, including roles in: Into the Woods, Sweeney Todd, and Cinderella. She has collaborated with Eccentric Theatre Company, Bergan County Players, and the Union County Performing Arts Center. Mrs. Nevill has also been a soloist with the Montclair State University Singers, the New Jersey Conservatory, the Jersey City Fine Arts Association, the Richard Alston Dance Company, and the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra.

Outside of HCA, Mrs. Nevill works as a private instructor for Architekt Music Academy in Butler, NJ. When she is not making music, she enjoys her time at home with her husband, Philip, and her two cats, Bagheera and Sherekhan.
