A Time to Flourish

Through God’s provision in recent years, HCA’s leadership has allowed HCA to break from a time of deficit by eliminating debt and balancing the budget.

The establishment and initial building of an endowment, initiated to increase teacher salaries and establish a financial reserve, has allowed HCA to move into a time of sustainability.

We have now established a new goal, a time of flourishing, which will allow us to elevate the HCA experience without the need for excessive tuition increases.

Elevate the HCA Experience

Investing in HCA’s endowment is an important part of our strategic plan that will ensure HCA’s long-term flourishing and elevate the student experience, while eliminating the need for excessive tuition increases.

Funding the endowment at the proposed levels will allow us to provide predictable, generous raises for teachers. It will also enable us to hire additional faculty and staff to enhance our current programming.

Increasing teacher compensation is our priority, along with additional plans for expanding class offerings, increasing available student supports, and continually enriching our instructional activities.

Learn More About Our Endowment

HCA has been a foundational part of my life since I was a student. Now, as I watch my own daughter grow up here, I am reminded that our teachers are the heart of this ministry. We proudly support the ITT Campaign to help equip future generations to impact the world for Christ. It is our way of saying ‘thank you’ for the legacy HCA is creating in our family!

June 2026 Goal

We praise God for His faithfulness to HCA and, as good stewards, endeavor to grow our endowment through current and deferred giving. We have set an immediate goal of raising our endowment $650,000 by June 2026.
