Hawthorne Christian Academy is a day school for students in preschool through grade twelve. We are a coeducational, college preparatory school that provides a strong academic program based on the truths and principles of Scripture. Hawthorne Christian Academy was founded in 1981 as a ministry of Hawthorne Gospel Church.
HCA’s preschool program provides three and four-year-old children to grow and develop in so many positive ways as they interact with other children socially, and learn to be part of a community.
Hawthorne Christian Academy’s lower school lays a strong academic and spiritual foundation for our students in kindergarten through grade five.
HCA’s middle school program provides many opportunities for students to recognize and cultivate their unique gifts and interests.
HCA’s rigorous high school academic program lays a foundation of fundamental knowledge, strong study habits, and critical thinking skills, while interweaving a Biblical worldview.
Hawthorne Christian Academy was founded in 1981 as a ministry of Hawthorne Gospel Church. It was a vision laid upon the hearts of the leaders of HGC to create a place where children could receive a solid spiritual and academic education. In the years since, the vision has remained the same: to weave a Biblical worldview through every aspect of the educational experience.
At HCA, we build foundations for life, instilling lasting values in our students. We attend to the present well-being of our students, with their futures in mind, as ambassadors for Christ with a mission and a destiny.
