Music

A Symphony of Praise

Music Program

“I will sing to the Lord all my life; I will sing praise to my God as long as I live.”
Psalm 104:33

HCA’s award-winning Music Program provides students with a wide variety of opportunities to realize, develop, and display their God-given gifts. Our lower school program nurtures musical skills and provides opportunities to use those skills in chapels, concerts, and special events. Middle and high school students have a variety of classes offered in which they explor music theory and history, vocal technique, handbell ringing, composition, and more. High school students may also join our popular Chroale and audition for our select choir, Servants of the King, which has performed at Carnegie Hall numerous times. Both groups participate in many local and national competitions and performances, as well as in our annual Dessert Theatre event. Students may also join one of our chapel worship teams, or take individual instrumental lessons.
