Mr. Robert Jeffress comes to HCA as a retired Police Commander with over 21 years of law enforcement experience. As a Commander, he was in charge of training and development, and has competed in national and international Mounted Police competitions. With a background in martial arts, he also trained new police officers in self defense throughout his career.
